SERENDIPITY

                                  

Ain’t serendipity always on a look out  for people?

 or  is it for people who look back and realise 

 “Eureka Eureka”  what ever or who ever they may be, its definitely  for the ones  paying  gratitude. They are those who believe in the natural happening of unnatural events or even those who starts believing after they found out- Serendipity- aah! this tongue twister exists!

Is serendipity a Chance, a discovery, a coincidence or destiny? Is serendipity a cause or effect? Does the 

subconscious works as a template to mould the world order into personalised & curated serendipity?

 A lot of questions and a lot many answers or even denials. 

In all our lives there are people and events around us that happen due to the mix of & result of contingencies, due to the collision of thousands unknown meteors and comets in and around our lives, the big bang or the black hole of these collision is serendipity.

 Remember what Rumi said, he says “what you seek is seeking you”, remember Alchemist? 

Life, though easy is complex. when i was a kid i was so confused with the terms in division - a quotient, a divisor, a dividend, well I must admit the etymology of these still confuses me. Given these concepts in a philosophical life the epistemology confuses me even more. I still don’t know, who or what in my life has been a quotient, a divisor, a dividend, but certainly at times the outcome of the calculation is Serendipity.

My friend says “the night is darkest before the dawn”. My spiritual master says “Point A is you, what lies ahead of you is a pont (french for a bridge) which is fear and what lies ahead of the bridge is LIFE.” and I’d say the “dawn” and the “life” that lies beyond the night and the pont in an unknown terrain of time and space, waiting to be discovered by someone like us is often called Serendipity!

And yes one serendipity gives rise to another and this is how life goes on, the very essence of existence are the small hidden treasures of the unknown. These  petits happy moments, accidental discoveries and fortunate stumbling, unknown crossroads are the raison d’être. 

It’s for us to decide is Serendipity a chance or a choice!

“संयोगवश सुखद या लाभदायक खोज”- Serendipity!

क्या ‘सेरेंडिपिटी’ उन लोगों के लिए है जो हर पल कुछ खोजने की कोशिश में रहते हैं?

या फिर उनके लिए जो पलटकर देखते हैं और अचानक चौंकते हैं —

“यूरेका! यूरेका!”

जो भी हो — कोई हो या कुछ भी हो — यह निश्चित रूप से उन लोगों के लिए है जिनके भीतर कृतज्ञता बसती है।

वे जो यह मानते हैं कि कुछ असामान्य घटनाएं भी जीवन में एक स्वाभाविक लय से घटती हैं —

या फिर वे, जो तब मानने लगते हैं जब किसी दिन सामने आता है —

‘सेरेंडिपिटी!’ — हाँ! ये जादुई-सा शब्द वास्तव में अस्तित्व में है।

क्या सेरेंडिपिटी एक संयोग है, एक खोज, एक तुक, या नियति?

यह कारण है या परिणाम?

क्या हमारा अवचेतन मन एक साँचे की तरह काम करता है —

जो इस अस्तित्व को हमारी अपनी ‘व्यक्तिगत सेरेंडिपिटी’ में ढाल देता है?

बहुत से सवाल हैं,

और शायद उतने ही उत्तर — या फिर सिर्फ खामोशियाँ।

हम सबकी ज़िंदगी में लोग और घटनाएँ होती हैं —

जो परिस्थितियों की बुनावट से जन्म लेती हैं।

हमारे जीवन में हज़ारों अनदेखे उल्कापिंडों और धूमकेतुओं की टकराहटें होती रहती हैं —

और इन्हीं टकराहटों का बिग बैंग या ब्लैक होल है — सेरेंडिपिटी।

रूमी ने कहा था — “जिसे तुम खोजते हो, वो भी तुम्हें खोज रहा है।”

याद है The Alchemist?

ज़िंदगी सरल होते हुए भी जटिल है।

बचपन में जब गणित में ‘भाग’ पढ़ते थे —

तो क्वोशेंट, डिवाइज़र और डिविडेंड ने बहुत उलझाया।

ईमानदारी से कहूँ तो आज भी इन शब्दों की उत्पत्ति मुझे भ्रमित करती है।

और अगर इन्हें जीवन के दर्शन में ढाल दूँ —

तो समझना और भी कठिन हो जाता है कि

मेरी ज़िंदगी में कौन है भाजक, कौन है भाज्य और कौन है फल?

पर हाँ — कभी-कभी उस गणना का परिणाम —

सेरेंडिपिटी होता है।

मेरी एक दोस्त कहती है —

“भोर से पहले की रात सबसे अंधेरी होती है।”

मेरे आध्यात्मिक गुरु कहते हैं —

“बिंदु A तुम हो।

तुम्हारे आगे जो है — वो है pont (फ्रेंच में पुल),

और उस पुल का नाम है ‘डर’।

उसके पार जो है — वो है ज़िंदगी।”

और मैं कहती हूँ —

“जो ‘भोर’ उस अंधेरी रात के पार है,

जो ‘जीवन’ उस डर के पुल के पार है —

वहीं कहीं समय और स्थान के अज्ञात भूगोल में

जो खोज की प्रतीक्षा में है —

उसे ही कहते हैं — सेरेंडिपिटी।”

और हाँ, एक सेरेंडिपिटी दूसरी को जन्म देती है —

यही तो है जीवन की चाल —

अस्तित्व का सार —

वे छोटे-छोटे छुपे खज़ाने जो अज्ञात में बसे हैं।

वे छोटे-छोटे petits सुखद क्षण,

वो आकस्मिक खोजें और सौभाग्य से मिली ठोकरें,

वे अनजाने मोड़ —

यही तो हैं हमारी raison d’être —

हमारे होने का कारण।

अब यह हम पर है —

क्या सेरेंडिपिटी एक संयोग है या हमारा चयन?
